    That sounds good Rocker so a month all round Do you just raise from 10 to 18 straight away & same for 18 to 0 or do it slowly over several days Also pitching at 10 do you use o2 Sorry for questions never done a lager but am keen I pressure ferment so I might be able to up temps & reduce times

    Got it cut out & bought gear from china & local hbs took it to a welder food grade job Not cheap but now I have it easy to put arm in to clean Also got a bit of tube welded for thermowell Lovin the pressure fermenter need another one

    Why just one brewery supply all Why not have some competition choice with several breweries each with so many dedicated taps West Aussie though don't want to give the opposition any chance :p Is it too hard to deal with more than 1 supplier

    I dont mind the nottingham at 18c in an APA Pressure fermented though Its not bad low with a kolsch grain bill

    I'de say no pressure relief valve took lid off to dry hop and walla I could also be wrong Made a few blews also with the pressure fermenting along the way I've only been doing 23 L batches in my 50 L so heaps of head space

    Looks like youre keggle is taller with less diametre The malt pipe looks great though & holds more grain than mine I would like a bigger malt pipe so there isnt much dia difference from the keg fitting in snuggly When I cut my top out of keggle I found a grinding disc better than a cutting disc...

    Robo malt pipe in 50l keggle

    I recirc so may be different but my Big W pot fits nicely into my 50 L keggle I cut extra bits out to allow bolts to come through & rest on top but ended using a handle davit system to hoist malt pipe out I recon I could get 6 kg of grain in there but have only done 5 kg no worries
