    Hop Dealz Australia

Hey BB, I used them late (30gm at 5 min), 40gm in the cube and 30gm dry (in the keg). The beer is tasting and smelling absolutely brilliant now, the dry hop has really made it come to life. Very happy with aroma, it is very pungent and slightly dank and resinous (a mild marijuana vibe) I'm...

    Electrical Help

There is this sort of thing available: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/like/252385514764?lpid=107&chn=ps We had a couple that we used when my daughter was a bit younger, they've since come off and been discarded.

    Hop Dealz Australia

Just started drinking a simple ale made with the Victoria flowers you hooked me up with. A really nice flavour, nothing over the top but really well rounded. Would definitely use them again. Looking forward to trying again in a few day when the aroma from the keg hop starts coming through.

Best option for a new fermenter

I guess it is the convenience for me. I can fill the fermenter up with hot water from the tap, chuck in some perc and put the lid on, come back the next day (or whenever) empty the fermenter and rinse with the hose using hot water. Rarely have to wipe or scrub as the perc works so well.

Sierra Nevada Otra Vez. Drinkable but not mind blowing. Gage Roads Little Dove. A great beer, really well balanced, it's a shame I only got one stubby of it.

    Whats In The Glass

One of the taps was pouring foam so I had to troubleshoot using all the carbed beer on hand. Left to right: summer ale, dodgy bitter, amber ale.

Does gelatin stop the fermentation process?

If you're pitching an appropriate quantity of healthy yeast your ferment should be well and truly done by 8 or 9 days (assuming standard gravity ale at normal temps 18-20 degrees). Gelatin will do a great job of clearing your beer up, give it a go.

    Hop Dealz Australia

I'd be interested in either of those, I generally brew at least once every 2 weeks so shouldn't take long for results.
