    American IPA

Mainly to expelling oxygen from opening the lid (or what ever) to put the dry hops in. Things like NEIPA's which are dry hopped at high krausen for bio transformation but that's a whole different story

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

I haven't put it together yet, was thinking of drilling out a few holes in some sort of pattern which will obviously not make it waterproof (its just the box i had laying around

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

As promised, here is the photos of the canning machine and what cones with it, there is no instruction manual but pretty self explanatory. Solid bit of kit, seems well made. I'm not going to open the box of cans until I'm ready to test some seams per the above post before I can a batch. Possibly...

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

As @Ferg mentioned, yes I pour into a glass. @Ballaratguy Lkoked to me like it doesn't , it is a 24v machine with an anderson plug for connection and they offer the power supply (240v - 24v, 20 amp) EDIT. Should also mention I do the same with bottles

All About Canning - Cannular Can Seamers and More...

I'm with @Ballaratguy on this one. The aroma plays a key part in enjoying beer. For the most part I wont drink I beer from a can unless it has the full aperture i.e BentSpoke PS, I ordered a Cannular, pack of cans and power supply this morning. Will report back once I've had a go

    Off flavour with kegged beer

Another thing you might look out for in your scenario is carbonic bite (acid). Ive found when i hook the keg up to gas and either quick or sit and forget carb'ing and drink with-in a week of so it had a bit of a bit to it (nothing like the flavours i was getting due to the shanks). This will...

    Off flavour with kegged beer

As with many forums, some people don't post their findings and leave people hanging, like myself. Always good to follow up once you've found...
