Bubbles in beer line after the keg and before Faucet

9mm, way, way too big. The bigger you go the greater the surface area to volume ratio, so it's exponential. Less surface area means less friction means more line. Or, get flow control taps   According to the one I use, you will need a few hundred feet for a balanced pour...

    Will this work?

It will work and I've done it, however I did extra hop the diluted one. What 2cranky has described is known as partigyle, it's particularly good if you brew bigger beers and don't have amazing efficiency. I've done this too, works better with big malty beers IMO, the last I did it I ended up...

AU IN STOCK ! INKBIRD Digital cooking thermometer IBT-6X

Bluetooth means if I want to track temps constantly over weeks I need to have something permanently paired to it, I'm not going to track down a smart phone just for this purpose... even if I did that, still it's on a bloody smart phone and I have to go out to the shed to check it (no way...

    Additives for a Draught LME

Nobody jumped on this one yet? A dozen   Draught is allegedly a lager but it's really not as it comes with an ale yeast. A short while ago I picked up one of these for super cheap, why not... I did this, and will probably be my go to quick kit beer... keg came camping, was...

No reason you can't add it at flame out or 1 min Pour it slowly, stir as adding, prevent it pooling on the bottom and forming a mountain of toffee.

    Hi everyone (Gluten free brewing)

I'm not a celiac myself, (I love gluten, I can't get enough) but my mother/brothers in law are so every now and then I do brew a GF batch every so often. I didn't find the sorghum syrup too bad, but there was definitely something amiss without the ability to use any spec malts... I'm actually...

    A Return to Kits

Nothing wrong with throwing together a kit for whatever reason you might have. I usually brew all grain when I need beer and have time. If I need beer and have no time, it's a kit. The last one I did I needed for a camping trip with 2 weeks to brew/ferment/carb so a kit it was and it turned...

I dry hopped ... now what

Cold as possible without freezing (though freezing a little on the top will not do any harm) I used to run a small cyclic fridge and could get down to ~1C, struggled in summer. These days use a freezer can manage 0.5C in summer just takes a little longer.

I dry hopped ... now what

Gelatin doesn't assist in dropping hop matter, it affects yeast cells by binding to them and each other effectively increasing their net weight and they can't stay suspended.

    Non Alcohoic Ginger Beer

Seriously though, I do have a nice honey / lemon ginger beer recipe that tastes great both before and after ferment, I'll dig it up later.

I dry hopped ... now what

I've done some ******* dry hopping, no matter how much you do they drop out. Cold crashing helps them drop but isn't always necessary, I primarily do it so I can use gelatin
