Need a few things gone, pickup in either Cockatoo or Carrum Downs. Keg King Chillout Mk 3 Plate Chiller. Only used twice $60 Stainless immersion chiller, bought from another member & never used. $40 Aluminium malt pipe. 360h x 400w. Never used $20 Filter housing with stainless fittings...

To be honest, I just used what I had in hand which was Wheat Malt I used Target (FWH) instead of Nugget, added .25kg of acidulated malt & this for the dried orange peel..

Just left it all in, as is. Was happy with the clarity & over the moon with the taste

Only done it once & mine was bulk aged for just over a year. I'm usually impatient with these things but every bit of advice I got was "the longer in the demijon, the better it will be"
