Begone you complicated Ginger Beer recipes!

I would agree, when I first started AG I assumed I could just make up the recipes and make a great beer, I started off with a SMASH and then some wheat beers. I then made some Pale Ales all from my own noggin, they where far from great, being a chef that's how I cook, but it took years of...

    Recipes

Is anyone else having issues uploading recipes? I have tried Chrome and Explorer and I cant seem to add hops, yeast, misc etc. etc. I can add grains that's it. Also why is Briess malt not available? I also tried commenting on a recipe last week and that wouldn't work either.

    Death by Homebrew

I just cant wait till they have a full article on what happened so I can post it back on the walls of those that have posted it on mine. Sick of people assuming its dangerous, and also assuming home brewing is for cheap bogans who can't afford Carlton cold.

    Candi Sugar vs Syrup

There is also this to think about: "Density = mass/volume (ρ=m/V). So V=m/ρ and has units (kilograms)/(kilograms per cubic meter)=cubic meter. If you are dealing with other units, say pounds, as a unit of weight, 'then 1 kg corresponds to 2.21 lb at sea level in the sense that the weight of 1...

Aus wide Bulk buy Grain mill- Malt Muncher

I had an old computer desk so used a renovator tool to cut out the correct hole in the top and connected the mill, the container underneath catches one hopper full of grain, so I just have to empty the container a couple of times per batch. Works fine, plus works well for weighing out other...

    Storing grains.

Bunning's has some 30lt drums with rubber sealing lids, kinda like canoe drums for $19, or 15lt ones for $16 they work well, and cheap. Some bags have plastic liners and keep the grain well for months others are just sacks so if they are just sacks I would say go for an air tight container to...
