Realise this is an old thread but how did the brew go? Im keen to try and make a TOP clone

Is there anyway to know the IBU’s of extract? I have a tin of country brewer rapid creek Pilsner and all it says is lightly hopped. I want to do a 60 min boil with it and some steeped grains but don’t wanna overshoot the IBU’s.

If you have too many unfermentables will throwing in some dry enzyme help get the FG down? I had an ESB get stuck at 1.020 recently, bottled it up but its so sweet its horrible to drink.

Where is a good place to grab some silicone tubing?
