You can always brew tried and tested reliable recipes with wide appeal - e.g. Dr Smurto's Golden Ale. Start making minor variances to these recipes once you get more confidence. Ingredients are cheap. Time is expensive. You can always give it away if it's not to your tastes. It might not be...

I actually meant digitally controlled & programmable, e.g. a solenoid with a set pressure. Matched with an iSpindel / tilt or similar the brewer can increase the set pressure with "x" gravity points remaining in order to naturally carbonate.

One might be naturally carbonating at a higher pressure while the other batch is still early in ferment at lower pressure. Pretty rare and dependent on how you brew though.

Please make this appropriately pressure rated. My iSpindel leaked slightly at 30psi!
