Also, while I've got you here. I'm planning on moving this into a keg to dry hop it and use it as a secondary of sorts. I need to make room in the chamber for the next batch. Once the active fermentation is complete, is it going to be ok to just leave in a keg at ambient temps for a week or two...

Do you think I should give it a shake or bring the temp up a little? Or just leave it and see?

ps: If you're ever looking for containers and stuff, there is a base warehouse type place in the centre where SuperCheap is out at West Gosford. That's where I got those smaller containers, the bigger ones are from Bunnings. Lot's of stuff in the shop though, cheap kitchen and glassware, well...

Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting myself a grain mill, but am probably only interested if I can get my hands on at least 25kg bags of base malt. Anyone know if any of the local stores do deals on bulk grains? Or would I need to get in on one of those bulk grain threads?
