Keg King $10 in line regulator as a secondary reg.

I have some of these around for an eventual test fit for the kegerator: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Air-Regulator-Gauge-Adjustable-Mini-Paint-Dial-1-4-HVLP-Compressor-Spray-Gun/221697221019 Havent got around to it yet, but could be a good alternative. Have several of these on spray guns and the...

    MELB Westinghouse 404L Fridge/Freezer

This was our home fridge until we upgraded when we moved in December. Kept it to use as a ferm fridge, but Daniel's one came up so im going with that as it fits in the space i have for it better. Would make a great ferm fridge, or a general beer/hop storage fridge/freezer. Its a Westinghouse...

Looking for a bar fridge as a ferm chamber

In our new place the massive 440L fridge I have as a ferm fridge is a bit of an overkill and a waste of space, and so im looking at replacing it with a smaller bar sized ferm only fridge (rather than a fridge/freezer). In the past i have seen a small number of bar fridges around that don't...

Fox Den Brewing - Electric Control Panel Build

Thanks for that, no idea why it wasnt coming up earlier with the same search terms. eBay seems to be getting even more finicky. Much appreciated.

    Rex C-100 not stopping (initially)

Is the SSR grounded? I have found in the past that if you have grounding issues the voltage differential across the TRIAC will latch it on, and not let it disengage.

Fox Den Brewing - Electric Control Panel Build

Do you remember the supplier for the 80a 240v relays? I can only find ones with 24v coils, and although i could make that LV, it would be the only thing in the box to be LV and hence seems like a waste.

Conical yeast vial stand (Proscitech LCA02)

A while ago i got some LCA02s for yeast propagation that were advertised using the LCA01 image. As many of you will know LCA02s are conical, wheras LCA01s have a little stand thing moulded into them. After knocking over yet another vial the other day, i finally got around to knocking this up...

    Bentspoke brewery Canberra

The bike stuff for Bentspoke comes from Tracy, Richard's partner. Richard does all the brewing, and has been following the trend with bigger and hoppier IPAs, although in the past he has done a lot of Belgian and cask ales (when he was at the Wig and Pen). The Tour De Brune is about the closest...

    Different wort aeration kits

Well i have a TIG and MIG, so may as well complete the set. Already have a brazing kit that runs off LPG, but has the capability for Oxy too.

    Different wort aeration kits

Which regs do you use with these? I cant seem to find a reg anywhere. Currently im considering a CoreGas D-size to use with a spare gas reg i have around... that way at least i can use it for the Oxy too.

    Labelling kegs

I use these on all my kegs: https://www.etsy.com/au/listing/187308162/erasable-growler-keg-reusable-homebrew Makes it super simple and looks pretty professional.

    CraftBeerPI Brew Controller

I wouldnt trust those Sainsmart relays at 10A, ive blown up two units at well under 10A on other projects. They can handle limited 10A peaks, but sustained 10A for things like elements and they start to get quite toasty.

    My new budget Grainfather-esque setup

Finally got around to modifying the return: Put a camlock on the inner skin of the malt pipe, predominantly to aid in cleaning, and then made a new recirculation arm. Time to see whether hot side wort aeration is a thing...

    Stainless hop spider

Ive been using my new MJ Hop Spider for a few brews now and its great. Much better flow than the KK one, and a non tapered bottom to maximise wort flow. The only disadvantage is that the hook makes the top of the spider even with the top of the pot, and for my setup it sits a bit high. Will just...

    My new budget Grainfather-esque setup

Yeah, that is my current thought too. Im going to put a camlock on it for better cleaning ability anyway so ill experiment with other wort delivery methods as part of that.

Do you guys do full sacks of non-JW base malts? With FP closing I need to find a new supplier.... :)

    Stainless hop spider

I brew in the kitchen of my 2bed apt which has a completely inadequate extraction fan over the smallest hob in the world (we use a separate induction stovetop). With all the windows open it still steams up like you are in the shower during the boil.
