I thought 60psi did seem quite low for a max pressure rating given it is 2 layered. what about the john guest stuff? they say it is for water purification systems etc. these guys sell it for $2/m as gas/beer line rated to 200 odd psi and it comes in a few colours...

F4 on the stc 1000 is the temperature offset/calibration setting, you can take a few readings against your manual thermometer and determine if the readings are still linear but just out by a few (or19) degrees and adjust the f4 to recalibrate it. they can sometimes drift a few degrees out but if...
