    Keg King Elements

Search back a few posts, for Frothie's link to Geordie in Cheltenham. They sell a SS stop end that will fit your hole. Buy a nut for it, and then put a couple of tiny holes in it for a u-bend one. Job done. I'm potentially facing the same thing when my Keg King element gives up... When he was...

    Heather Ale

Nope. Sorry mate. Said uncle left wife, sold house & yacht and is currently captain of a boat somewhere in the middle east... I've been trying to find sweet myrtle myself with no luck, have everything else from the herb suppliers listed on this thread....

Building A Heating Lamp For My Ferm Chamber

QldKev, Since they sent you that link to Uxcell you're hooked on their cheapies aren't you ;) Must admit, they look good to me too. :icon_offtopic: How's the new element coming? Anyone want to buy 2 unused KegKing elements for heating their ferment fridges via a tub of water?

Swmbo Knocks Tap Ajar On Cube Of Boh Pils (unfermented) )

My gut feeling is that if you have a cube with 17L of wort, and the top on tight, and the tap opens to spill such a small amount over the time you mention - taking into consideration the mass of the wort... I'd guess it's more a case of capillary action than syphoning given the mass bearing...

How Big Is You Mash Tun? (research For Uni Assignment)

It all depends on the compound and if the product is moulded, the releasing agent used as they leave residues. Had a thought over dinner - the particle size shouldn't be an issue if they are dried and ground as that's what happens with wood fibres. I did some really interesting development work...

How Big Is You Mash Tun? (research For Uni Assignment)

Research FRP - Fibre Reinforced Plastics. Polyester and Vinylester resins. The embodied energy in a typical FRP product compared to more traditional methonds of manufacturing is fractional. It's also inert - so won't pollute water courses like, say waste PVC would.

How Big Is You Mash Tun? (research For Uni Assignment)

Easy solution: Think extruded wood. Blend ester resins and the waste grain from brewing mash tuns, press into mold, viola! eco-spatula/spoon/mash paddles... I'll have 51% of the business rights thanks ;-)

How Big Is You Mash Tun? (research For Uni Assignment)

What degree are you doing? Industrial Design? If I give you a chunk of help can you split the degree with me? It'd look good alongside my Architecture one and my Psychology Grad Dip ;-) Have a look on the top of a new topic you start... there's an option right there under the text boxes for...

Enough To Turn You To Drink!

Just googled a topic for this weekends brew day to revise a bit and found this on one of the results..... Now I'm no oil painting but if that's the best example of a rampant woman that a swingers site can offer then things are getting bad....GFC indeed - Geesus Fricking Christ! Enjoy the...

    Keg King Elements

That's an assumption that can't be made when you're putting a product to market as it has to be fit for purpose, and hoping people will have some form of auxiliary control means some people won't; so their product application is not fit for purpose.

    What Style Is This Recipe

The recipe and photo look similar to one of my house-brews. I add a touch of orange peel and, from memory, chuck in a bit of hallertau hersbrucker at the end.... Tastes great.

    Keg King Elements

I'm a little worried now. I just bought two of these and have got one ready to go this weekend. I'm aiming to replace my immersion element with them and use them in conjunction with an arduino controller I'm building.... Off to the shed now to look for the reciept - luck trash night is tonight...
