From the limited photo and description it looks like it's trying to be a multipupose compact unit. Part 2 burner BBQ, part smoker each under one lid, with a side burner. Might be fairly limited space for smoking because of it. ( Compact compared to a separate bbq and smoker that is.)

If the bag was rolled up enough so it was closed I might not be worried about air borne bugs on them causing infection. How hot was it on the bench? How do they smell now? If they didn't get hot and smell fine then I would give them a go.

While I like the concept of this idea I'm not completely sold on the practicality. Men's urinals are generally not known for their overall cleanliness when you've got a smooth stainless trough. I'm thinking these would help generate some extra "splash back"??

It will try to remove everything listed in your recipe - no choosing just some. If there is insufficient of things in your inventory then it gives you a message listing those that are short - at that point gives an option to continue removing everything else or cancel out of the removing step.

Time for yeasties to clean up after themselves. Then time for yeast to drop/clear - aided by cold crash. Though you could do this in the keg, first few beers poured might be a bit more cloudy.
