M42 I've used in bog standard IPAs, very attenuative, very clean, leaves hops and flavour in place, and does its job very quickly.

I've read some reviews here that say the M15 isn't as estery as the description would have you think. I don't honestly know, but I have one English Pale that has finished fermenting with it, and I just need to get around to bottling it. I can report on that basis, when the time comes.

Don't reckon the "con" of leaking applies to intertap. Never had an issue and gotta say, it's been an excellent tap. Looks good, pours good, doesn't need cleaning more than perlick and easy to disassemble and reassemble to clean.

Could try Danstar Windsor as well. Might be dried, but I've always struggled to get it above 65%. Big change is adjust the mash temp up to 69 - 72. That's what I do if I want a wort to finish around the 1.020 mark.

No idea but got some eBay hobbies and they melted. Got some vials which are autoclave able and it's fine to steam heat them.
