Will keep an eye out. Found one called Pivo Pils on Brewers friend, uses a dry hop Saphir never heard of this one.

I heard the term New Zealand Pilsner for the first time the other day and wandered if anyone from the other side of the Tasman had a good recipe. The description was highly attenuated, gold clean Pilsner, low fermentation character and with the use of tropical hops.

Stop at Dans Brewery is good so is Chillies an outdoor wood fired pizza place Also theres a micro in Smithfield across the road from Dans called McAlistairs. Check opening hours though only open certain days a week

Has anyone come up with a decent repurpose for old co2 bottles? Got a branded one out of date and empty. Or am I wasting my time with it
