Ohh Martin hasn't been at Clever for a loooong time! It was a Kiwi business that decided to move all the operation back to NZ and so closed down the operation that Martin ran.

Heaps of places do it here in Vic. Foragers Drop have menus and allow you to order. Most of the local restaurants deliver straight to the table. Places like Project Brewing also encourage the likes of Ubereats and Menulog and deliveries from local restaurants too

I'm interested in this thread. Been drinking a lot of NORT lately and enjoying it. But would be good to make my own. For the cost, I figure trying the Nanny State recipe is ok as there isn't much to lose. Also, I keep reading the thread title as "As F**K beers". For example, Good AF beers...

I just bottle beers that I age. Rest goes into kegs. Although with the amount I am drinking, I guess I am just large bottling everything as it's all getting aged.

That's brilliant! I better source some for my RIS. Put it in the barrel a couple of weeks ago and so it will be handy for when I bottle.

I usesd to use push fittings, now only use them for liquid. Will not use for gas as I couldn't find any leaks but I had leaks as I lost 2 gas bottles. Put in SS MFL connections and hey presto, no more leaks. As others have said, you need to assess the whole system. Kegs (lid, posts, ball/pin...

I love this yeast. It's my house yeast. I have used it from session ales right through to its currently fermenting out a big RIS. Its so universal. And I call rubbish on the second generation thing. I have been using it for a few generations now and it's not a problem. YMMV

Not fussy really, 750ml glass, but you know decently thick glass as they will be aging for 3-5 years (possibly more). Just a decent bottle really

I have never heard of this yeast before. I have a RIS that's been in the barrel for a long long time (due to the pandemic I couldn't get it) so this yeast might be the key for when I bottle.

Nup this is out. Too much to forgive for a relatively decently priced item. I have all the packing, can I return for a replacement @KegLand-com-au I really like the idea, just want one that works.

Ok, just ran some water through it, still seems to be out. at 20L it outputs only 18.75L. 1L and 2L were also out. I didn't get pictures as I was in a hurry. Will give it another test tomorrow and confirm back.
