The cable mm2 will depend on the length of the cable for the same 15amp power consumption. For instance if your cable is less then 5 meters then you can get away with 1.5mm2. If however your cable is longer then 25mm that you will have to increase to 2.5mm2

    Troublesome Ball lock fittings

If you find the disconnects work fine when they are cleaned and lubricated but then get stuck on the most likely issue is that beer has dried up on the disconnect itself. When beer dries up on the disconnects it tries like glue. The FC ball lock disconnects have been designed with a larger...

To be quite frank we have overrated the relays in this temp controller. We use 30amp relays inside the box. So technically the relays can handle almost 7kw. With that said we did not do testing over 3600watts so you would be on your own. If you really wanted to use the RAPT temp controller...

If you has 5 people you will get 5 different answers to this question. With that said I personaly think it's a waste of time as the false bottome separates quite a bit of the junk anyway. You would probably be better of just recirculating the boiling wort for a few minutes before you make the...

    Brew Bucket 2.0 or generic?

I would tend to agree with that. Plastic is the way to go in my opinion. If you look after them they can last for many years. I am obviously biased but I would be going with the All Rounder. If you really wanted a stainless steel option then I would go with the kegmenter: 29L Kegmenter with...

I am sorry it's not generally sold separately. If you contact our customer service office with a photo of the part you need they might be able to salvage one from a damaged unit. We sometimes get some BrewZilla units that get forklift damage and these end up getting used for salvage parts.

I am sorry but this is a custom thread. If you get a 3/8 nut it might be close enough to fit but unfortunately this particular part is a non-standard thread.

Hey Paddy. We have heard of this before but its quite rare. As you would know from this Low2 O-ring video silicone has extremly high gas transmission rate. As a result when you have the pill in the wort at a high pressure gas can go into the housing of the pill. If the pill has been at a...

I would totally agree with this. Customers read about whirlpooling in commercial systems and then I think they feel this is necessary in the BrewZilla as the screen will filter the hops out. If you are recirculating you also tend to get a natural filter bed form above the screen. See...
