    The STC1000 controller is great and it's really cheap. I have one controlling my keg freezer and one controlling my fermentation fridge with heater. They do have a compressor delay timer which you can adjust the duration of. Great bit of kit.

    Split off from the soda line, the rinse/chiller and soda tap share the same drip pan and drain.Drain is the small hole on the left. The full level indicator pops up from the brass sleave on the right.

    7 Perlick taps, one dedicated to soda water which also supplies the chilled water for the glass rinse/chill jet. The soda water drip tray has a 4L collection container with a float type stick indicator when it is close to full and requires emptying.
