    Craftbrewer Hoax!

They would only have access to what's in the craftbrewer database, which wouldn't include bank information. With some luck auditing is enabled on the database, which will tell the admins what data, if any, has been stolen.

    Europe In Winter

as he climbed the pole he bounced the ball on his head, switched it to his feet...did all sorts of crazy stuff. Amazing!

That reminds me - if you want some serious shopping go to La Fayette in Paris. Some really cool stuff, along with some really stupidly over-priced designer crap...like watches 'worth' over $100k and phones 'worth' $40k. The place is huge though and its not all designer stuff made for oil...

    Craftbrewer Hoax!

Might be time to change hosts? Generally a site can only be hacked if the server contains a security vulnerability. So either the server isnt fully patched or the the OS or associated software has a known bug that hasnt had a patch released yet. What version of Plesk is being run on this...

    Europe In Winter

Thanks, I dont post often, but when I do...... ;) It's all still fresh in my mind as I went through Europe in May, was fun reliving it all! Travel thread would be great - I have about 90 pictures of different beer and I drank much more than that, lol. I had planned to do a bit of a blog but...

    Europe In Winter

Paris I dont know where to start really with Paris. There is so much to do here. The food in Paris (excluding breakfast) was by far the best of any of the places we travelled, though Rome was pretty good too. For the main attractions start early, though it may not be so bad in winter. We...

Venice doesnt look like you have long here, but I'd recommend catching the Vaporettos to get around, get a 1 or 2 day pass from a newsagent. If you are loaded use water taxis. Walk around and get lost...you will probably do this without trying, but its a great way to stumble across some cool...

Rome where are you staying? I can recommend a bunch of places to eat.....but if you are in the vicinity of the colloseum Via De Serpentini has a lot of cool restaraunts and wine bars. I'd highly recommned getting a private tour of the Colloseum and The Forum and avoid pesky crowds - if you...

    Attempting The 1000 Ibu Benchmark

pretty sure its just some writing on the outside of the glass. I think Kieren pretty much used lots of late editions...not sure on exact quantities. PM him if you like, I'm sure he'll give you more details.

    Attempting The 1000 Ibu Benchmark

Kieren brewed something along these lines for our last case swap, here's a pic: looks fantastic doesnt it? :icon_vomit: It was a challenge to get through and I only had 1/2 a pint. It was certainly an interesting experiment and I'm glad he brewed it and I got to try it.....it taught me...

At Lobethal Bierhaus they are pre-packaged and you simply exchange the bottle - you do not re-fill yourself.

    Broo Beer Franchises

I'd assume that if you were serious you would be asked to sign a NDS before they provided the information on things like sales, price structure, etc, etc

    Bulk Breaking Dry Yeast

why not just use wet yeast, split the packets and step up as required? That way you will have yeast on-hand and can pitch the correct amount for your volumes

    First Ag Mash Recipe Suggestions

lagers arent really easy to make - you will need temp control, 4 weeks for your ferment stages and then likely some conditioning time. Any faults in the beer will stand out like dogs balls. Do you like any beer that is an ale as it will be much more forgiving?

    New Mashmaster Minimill

If you went with a Monster Mill with the steel hopper you could have purchased an extension for another $25 that would hold 17KG of grain....they also come with a wooden base. Just sayin ;) Perspex seems like a very odd choice of material for a hopper it does look cool, I'll give it that...
