    +1 to that it really sticks together, very high floc. so i think i'll deffo be giving it some agitation during fermentation so as to avoid chance of stuck ferment.

    one thing to look out for is glass chiping on the lip of the bottle, have noticed this once or twice when siping straight from the stubbie that the lip was sharp. I still use screw tops (when i run out of other bottles) but I'm a little more careful when washing to check for any signs of damage...

    Coopers Lager is actually an ale (comes with an ale yeast anyhow) -- as do all coopers kits apart from the euro lager premium kit which apparently comes with a lager yeast at 26c it should be done in about 4 or 5 days but it wouldn't hurt to leave it a few days longer you don't have to wait...
