I've emailed BYO magazine as they will often contact breweries on behalf of home brewers to get some tips on brewing particular beers. Have sent them a snapshot of the description from MO's website, fingers crossed!

All good mate, I'm at Carina so I'll see if I can find someone with a ute/trailer & come back to you (obviously if someone else can/wants to grab it before I can get to it, then by all means give it to them).

I bulk prime mine now, about 95gm of dextrose, boiled in water for 10 minutes & added to the bottling bucket for a 23L batch. I used to use the carb drops but the Mrs reckons they were too fizzy, is much happier with the carbonation now.

Keen to hear some feedback on how these yeasts went, particularly the funky cider with Aldi juice, as I still haven't done anything with mine.

So I went to transfer to the carboy today, however after just over a fortnight in the FV, there still appears to be quite a bit of krausen on top (tried to post a photo but was file was too large & I have no idea how to reduce it). As I mentioned, this is my first time brewing with WL Belgian...
