A great cider needs a great dish to go along with it.
I'd suggest a nice hot roast meal, preferably chicken but lamb goes great as well.
You need the mashed potato.
I'm happy with this cider, and Will definitely be making another batch.

Great amount of fizz, Not too sweet and the dryness is not overpowering. The Apple taste hangs around long afterwards, and it keeps a nice bubbly head for a little over 10 seconds. By far the best cider I've made.
Definitely Drinkable, but it's hard to stop at one mouthful, an Amazing thirst...
I've Put Ice in this glass because the moment I popped the lid off I was hit by a fantastic smell of dry crisp appley goodness. ;)
this one looked like a winner!
Very strong sweet passionfruit aroma, A lot like Pasito.
Very thick and syrup-like though. No where near as clear as other ciders. A Small amount of fizz, and no head/no lasting bubbles... It's practically flat.
Must be the lack of leftover sugar.
Yeast has taken over the taste and made it...
Very Weak Black Currant Aroma.
Very hard to smell, quite sweet, the lactose seems to have done its job pretty well. The sweetness stays in the mouth but the black currant tastes very weak, very watery.
No fizz whatsoever.
Not undrinkable but definitely not good.

Sorry for the late post guys, was having trouble uploading.
Here I have 3 bottles of various ciders that i've made over the past few months.
Yellow - Apple & Passionfruit Cider out of a 5 Litre batch i think
Black - Black Rock Apple Cider made from 23 litres
Green - Apple & Black Currant...
@bradmccoy
No, this is [if memory serves correctly] 1 liter of black currant juice and 3 liters of apple juice, with 2 liters of filtered rain water to get rid of that heavy feel in the cider.
I haven't ever used malt in my ciders but I'm definitely open to try it! Would you recommend I use...
God no guys, simply for picture sake.
Normally I would use the pipe attachment but I really wanted to see how clear it was. Besides its only cheap cider so I'm not too strongly worried about "ruining" it
Hope you enjoy the photos guys
