Great amount of fizz, Not too sweet and the dryness is not overpowering. The Apple taste hangs around long afterwards, and it keeps a nice bubbly head for a little over 10 seconds. By far the best cider I've made.
Definitely Drinkable, but it's hard to stop at one mouthful, an Amazing thirst quencher.
I estimated the ABV at around 5-6%. One bottle will make you fuzzy, and Two will make you tipsy
