I had a look at Openproject today. Its very similar to MS project, i'd suggest you have a download and see if it does what you want it to before shelling out for MS project.

I used US-05 at 14 for a fake lager and it went crazy! I just upped the temp after the first 3 days and it finished nice and clean.

Mine is going in the keg/bottles on friday. I am thinking about doing a second batch, but I don't think I will have time.

If you were at the Rosey it is just and English Pale Ale, the Indian in their name tends to confuse people. It tastes good sometimes, but other times its barely drinkable, not many people actually order it (im down there a lot) and could have been old beer in the lines maybe.... How was John...

I wouldn't take that guy in the videos word for it...... Try it in an ale or something with a bigger flavour than a lager like he did....
