For the Brissy guys Guinness setup Not sure about the gas bottle. Air Liquide sell their bottles?

I was thinking if you have a fire extinguisher and buy a regulator, see if it does fit and if not, as BF says, see a gas fitter to get an adapter. Not sure if BOC would even look at you if you rock up with a fire extinguisher, I know Supagas here will only fill their own cylinders...

Don't know if you will get one from BOC, etc, but look at the site sponsors or even try evilbay for a regulator.

You would be better off getting one of these and hook it up your fridge as well as a heat pad which is inside your fridge. No need to switch. The controller will maintain the set temperature through heating AND cooling. Edit: Check this thread

+1 for the bicarb. After that, try cleaning with vanilla as it helps eliminate odours as well.

Same here. Only have 2 LHBS here and one is a franchise of the other. Good for the "needing stuff now" of certain items eg, US-05 but hopeless at anything else brewing. Only kits and turbo yeast seem to be the biggest sellers.

Not to speak ill of anyone or cause any trouble but I just ordered from Craftbrewer and checked the milled box. Again not sure if they do or don't mill that much, just ordered it. I am only doing single batches and as freight can be a bit pricey to here, ordering a 25kg bag is the most...

Well, the idea was to get a 25kg bag of cracked ale malt so I could practise some SMASH ales to learn the art of all grain brewing. Figured I would get a mill later. Maybe it was a mistake on my behalf when I ordered a bag already cracked from a site sponsor, not sure if they did or didn't. I...

What if they had 2 main categories at a show: All grain Premade malt, eg tin, FWK, etc and they be judged in their own category, then the best from each category be put up against each other to be labelled BOS? My thoughts only.....
