    Correction I just checked, it was 2019. ABV was 5%, unfortunately my sense of smell is shot. I didn't record the hop amount. William

    In 2017 I brewed a Stone and Wood inspired beer. At the time I bottled it. I labeled them "Hell beer" because of the dramas I had with it. It was drinkable, just. I found a bottle the other day and tried it and it was quite good. So unless it is undrinkable I would keep it and see how it goes...

    Thank you for your replies, I have placed the keg into a fridge and have purged it with CO2. Its been there for 2 weeks now and if I'm a patient boy I'll leave it for anther 2 weeks. William

    G'day, I recently brought 2 Spundy's, Keg King spunding valves. Neither of them will actually lock onto the gas posts. They lock onto the post if I back the post off a bit on the thread or put them on without a poppet. Has any one else had a problem? William

    All grain over carbonation

    I have had the same issue, if I pressure ferment and and then prime the bottles with carbonation drops some times the beer already has some carbination. Especially if it was in the fermenter for 20 days. William
