Hi. Brewing a lager today but not sure at what temp, to picth the yeast. It's a wlp838 munich lager yeast. Should i cool the wort to 20 celcius pitch and cool down to 10? Or cool all the way to 10 and then pitch?
No. Have tried one extract brew and 2 semigrains. Don't have the time to go "traditional" all grain, so this is just perfect for me. Now I got to get comfortable with my equipment, like boil off etc. But the taste is just stunning.
