    for Josh Smith, have you tried culturing a yeast from the Belgium Wit Hoegaarden?, other than that you could spend $14-$15 on obtaining a White Labs or Wyeast yeast appliccable to the type of Wheat beer you wish to brew.

    30 Year Old Beer In The Making

    I would recommend adding some extra hops as after 30 years it will have lost all hop flavour, even in a can kit nearing it's use by date or just past it all hop flavours diminish as they would with a normal commercial beer, I can remember these old Coopers kits, brewed them in a plastic garbage...
