Hey peoples, its been a number of years since been on AHB. I havent brewed in a very looong time and Ive decided to have a massive clearout over the next few weeks. Im cant see myself brewing again anytime soon, and if i do I will probably go with a Braumeister. So to start off I have 2x BRAND...

Do they have to be 3 phase? HPM do a 32amp plug & socket similar to domestic 10amp. Although it's still around $80 total for the 2 pieces..

Yes agree, but don't have access to one. Thought there would be a bit more interest.. I'm still keen to go ahead with it but have other commitments atm, will be looking at it further in the next couple of weeks. Cheers, Sully.

8hrs later..... Nomnomnomnom droooool.... :-)

8hr slow cooked lamb leg smoked with a mixture of onion & oak pellets plus dried rosemary, thyme and sage in with the pellets. 110c for 3 hours while smoking then 90 for the remainder. Upload the finished result in 8 hours :-P

Pm sent on mkol cylinder and reg, 1x 50l keg.
