thanks but sorry I have no idea about using the calculator ? I was going to use the 15gms hops after the brewing in the wort just for aroma maybe ?

Too be honest I have no idea on the predicted OG, fg and Ibu's I'm sort of winging it, it will be 1st brew for a few years. Is there any tweaks or alternate suggestions for this recipe or similar you can suggest for me ? All help is appreciated.

Hi all I'm a new member from southern suburbs Sydney just getting back into home brewing after a very lengthy layoff looking forward to some new brews I have the option of small batch 5 litre BIAB or can do the 20 litre drum. Will start with some easy recipes to get back into it.👍 Cheers,
