Yep I use the HLT as the herms vessel. The temp is pretty close to Sparging on a brew. I was originally going to make a hex vessel with the spare element Which still could be done. Can’t remember what wattage the elements are but it works fine on a 10 amp circuit

I Use Morgans Queenslander Gold for xxxx gold. Not sure what you would use for summer, its a whole lot lighter than gold.? Maybe a corona clone with some por hops?
