Hi guys... Anyone have a good guiness recipe they could share? I've tried a few things in the past with my own experiments and nothing has come close...either the taste is way off or it's just not thick enough. Any suggestions?

Another quick question guys....I put down a lager yesterday and put it in my fermenting fridge to keep it at around 10-12 degrees - and I noticed this morning that the plug had fallen out of the wall (either by dog or some one having pulled the fridge out from the wall - grr) - anyway the beer...

Hi guys, I'm a fairly new brewer...I make decent beer and I enjoy the beer I brew....but the mouthfeel of my beer could be improved hugely (as could a number of other things...but this is the most pressing I think). The beer has a somewhat fizzy feel to it - and I notice when I crack a bottle...

Hi all, Looking at putting down a Mulloys Irish stout kit this weekend - wondering if anyone has done this one before, how it turned out, or what to add in terms of hops/malts etc to get the best out of the beer? Any handy hints would help :) Cheers

Not really - my mate brewed a nice one of these Morgans kts without extra hops/grain, but I thought a bit of extra flavour would be good - being new to brewing not exactly sure what sort of flavours could be fused, or which grains/hops to add, but thought some suggestions from people who have...
