<p>Grown up in a little village called Woombah near Iluka Yamba in the Northern Rivers of NSW. 40 y.o. Qualified Pastrychef. Currently contracted to Tip Top Bakeries delivering the goods for the lower Clarence area.</p>
<p>For the past few years a buddy of mine has been on my back to come and try his home brew.Knowing that I enjoyed a beer or two, he persisted. After countless chats about all grain, I called around and had a cold glass of all grain American Pale Ale..................and that was the beginning of the hobby that I needed in my life. I love the research, the trial and error, the mistakes, the whole process. Have been given some top advice and it all comes free from a bunch of people that share the same interests. Life is great.</p>

Apart from my brewing, I enjoy gardening, fishing with my kids, tinkering in the shed and enjoy my work.
