Today i got my GF G30 bottom n top rolled plates.
i’ll have to faff on with the top plate with the Gf running as it was tight and one handed didn’t work.
the boot i’m was wasn’t flush, but better thst the top.
i use a custom bottom plate underneath the malt pipe anyways.

as a one handed brewer, i had no alternative but to trial and error, adapt things.
lifting my 27l SS Brewbucket with one arm was a pain!
specially from Ferm fridge out then onto a shelf.
i managed clip the two ends on the SS handles. extended the harness, so it went over my good shoulder. using...
tiny cheap but worked best for two of my brewbuckets.

Well been away working and just got back to reality.
Bottled the Milk Choc Stout last week and just couldn't resist a cheeky half when I sneaked off to my mancave.
Very smooth, lost a lot of its sweetness and the after of the choc is just right.
