It is from a bulk buy a few years ago, seems that it is Lael's build. I know there's a couple of threads about the bulk buy and subsequent build. I expect the build thread will have the information about what pump it would control.

I have a fridge to give away. It only has 1 shelf as I was using it for fermentation control.
It chills to freezing, is about 10 years old, and has all the door shelves intact except for the middle one which I cut away.

Interesting, I got a blue cheese aroma off one of the specialties. It was pungent initially and fleeting too.
I can't recall exactly, but I think the beer had Brett in it and I thought that had caused it.

Pratty, when you receive the scoresheets, check out the lower left section which shows a scoring guide. A beer in the 20-29 range is deemed good and a beer in the 30-37 range is deemed very good. The range of scores given in the category depends on how true judges are to these guides. Scores in...
A very interesting question and one I have pondered myself.
The information I have gleaned from the net does not give equivocal answers. Guidance suggests the ABV and malt/hop composition be your guide.
High alcohol = age for 6+ months
Hoppy = drink immediately
Dark malts = better aging...
