Hi im about to brew a canadian blonde tin with us05 ale yeast, a yankee doodle dandy booster, 500gm LDME and a tettnanger hop bag. Im not sure if the hops in the booster (Willamete) will go with the Tettnanger hops......any ideas???

Hi, the recipe i found is as follows: Beermakers czech pilsner, brew blend #20 saf lager yeast and 2-4 drops of saaz emulsion in each bottle, dunno if this is for the yankee stuff but sounds good anyway. Thanks koma

Hi all, Im thinking of making a japanese dry lager (something like Asahi). The recipe is saf lager s23, Beermakers lager, 500gm Japanese blonde malt, #10 brew blend, saaz hops and hallertau hops. But does anyone think I will need dry enzyme?

Would you suggest a saaz hops bag as well. I have just found a recipe that says use a pilsner tin and saaz hops how do you think that would go?
