This is gonna sound like a really dumb question to all the experienced brewers out there but what is 'unerletting'?? Im in the process of getting my AG gear setup & was wondering what the significant difference of water to grain is vs. Grain to Water apart from the posts that have been made.

Well, this topic can now be considered irrelevant as I bit the bullet & went to 'that big hardware store' & bought a 25L Willow Esky last night for $24...BARGAIN....it wont do double batches but it sure as hell will do for partials & some AG when I get to that stage...IM STOKED!!...my brewery is...

Yeah I checked Go-Lo today steve but no go...I'll look at bunnings at some point over the weekend & hopefully find one!...cheers!

Try Mayner & Cochran in Fyshwick Finger...they're usually pretty good with stuff like that!!!!!

Hi guys, apart from the 'ol frozen coke or milk bottles, is there a more up-to-date method of temp control, maybe in the form of a thermostat or something along those lines? I've read the idea of using a Aquarium thermo but wasnt sure if this was the only tried & tested method. Looking for...
