Gryphon Brewing will host this years Christmas case swap. Held at my house in Bassendean which is 200m from Success Hill train station.
I have already organized a Bouncy Castle for JYO so that will keep him happy. JYO pants are optional.

It was a honey wheat beer. I couldnt believe it myself, it just took over straight away. The brew is now about 4 months old and it has settled down a bit but the N.S. smell and flavour is still distinct.
I used Nelson for the first time in a brew recently. The hops that went in for bittering were fine but the mere 5g I used to dry hop totally overpowered the other flavours. I personally dont like the smell and taste of it but I know people that do so each to their own.

My brew is a bit young but fine to drink now. I wouldn't be tripping over myself to crack one open though :lol:

This might not be correct but my attempt at it turned out nicely. I mashed a few kg's of grain (cant remember exatly what off the top of my head), boiled a little bit of POR and Cluster plus a tin of Toohey's Classic Dry Lager + Saflager 34/70

I generally use kegs but have decided to bottle my latest brew (Stout) in order to keg other easier drinking beers.
I have not bulk primed before and I was wondering is it as simple as dumping x amount of Dextrose per litre of beer into the fermenter?
