Don't worry about your first batch mate :D Mine was ok, so I thought ! I have only made 4 batches so far so still a newbie but tasting my first batch now after spending countless hours reading up on here and refining recipes shows how much the first one sucked compaired to what I can manage...

I'm guessing each Sat as I happened to just be flicking thru the e-guide last Sat when I saw it, got all pumped up assuming it was about beer then discovered it was about wine, yuk ! Watched it today just to see what they were doing and yay beer ! Tune in next Sat is my best bet. Kind regards GC
