It is also why it would be interesting to see a video on someone doing it to use the G3 upgrade kit. So far one person has described it but there really isn’t any detail on it.

Be careful, it looks like you are actually derailing the slanging match into some reasoned thought and discussion ;) I have a Fermentasaurus v1 and the dump valve assembly is garbage and I have jammed it twice (you could argue user error but it is very easy to do if not paying close attention...

The “beer engine” spout that was originally going to be made for the Intertap faucets would be good. Also an option for no black logo on would be great, I’m another that thinks it looks much better with just polished SS (like on the Intertap).

What's The Hop Flavour In Corona And Heineken - I Dont Like It

You say that being far from the purity law is a negative thing, you might to take a look at this. Also this only applies to domestic beer, so if you are drinking German beer anywhere else in the world don’t assume it is brewed in the same way. It also destroyed the vast majority of Germany’s...

Is the G3 body different to the G2? I know there is an upgrade kit coming out but I saw a comparison photo on Facebook of the two together and the angle of the cone looks steeper on the G3, is it or was it just the way it looked in the photo?

Don’t worry about the bells and whistles on this one, from what I have seen (from all the various manufacturers) you want to be spending 99% of the engineering/quality effort on making them more reliable. If you can do this then you will probably find there is a much bigger demand for them.

Hmm, okay I guess we will be finding out soon how easy that is and what tool will be used. You are going to be taking pics right and letting us know about the upgrade process and how easy or difficult it is? :)

Does this mean the upgrade kit requires drilling the Fermentasaurus tank or will this change with the retail version? I was under the impression that it was a straight swap of some parts.

A plastic version would be ace, they get a fair bit more expensive once they reach EU resellers. ;)

KK - 'Fermentasaurus' conical PET fermenter

Any idea on the upgrade kit price for making a Fermentasaurus into the new version? Your Australian price is fine as it usually translates to about 1:1 in GBP - us Europeans get very jealous when we see your prices there but it does have to travel quite far!
