    Cooling Wort

Just going with my 21 litre pot now, using the brewers friend website and chatting to them, no issue with boiling 18 litres(30 minute boil) and topping up to 21 litres, their software takes it into account. Will do for now until I can afford a better system next year and with icebath + freezing...

    Cooling Wort

Any reason after the boil I just can't pour into fermentor, snap the airlock in, leave overnight until cooled, then stir the shit out of it and pitch the yeast?

    Buying bulk in hops

Hey Team. Seems hops since I stopped brewing nearly a decade ago like everything else these days has gone through the roof. Is there any place to get them cheaper in bulk ie 500g to 1kg? Thanks.

    Cooling Wort

BIAB brewer here. Can comfortably do all steps for 4.5kgs of grain with the exception of the cooling part rapidly. Is there any issue if I seal up in my fermenter leaving the wort to cool to pitching temp, mainly do Ales so looking @ 22 or under. Will probably be able to get with sparging in...
