    Phil, CO2 is more dense than oxygen, meaning it is heavier and will always give you a nice little barrier between your wort and oxygen. Provided you don't disturb it, it will sit happily for weeks. Cheers

    Sulphur And Clingwrap

    +2 CO2 will easily escape past the o-ring holding your cling wrap. Definitely remove cling wrap as a potential source of sulphur...

    Oldest Plastic Fermenter Still In Use!

    I have an original "Olinda" fermenter from 1968! Still going strong! Thats the bad thing about some plastics, they just never dissappear...
