Received my notes on Friday pretty quick in comparison to other 2 comps I entered well done to the organisers good job inspite of the issues you had.

I entered one of my beers as an imperial stout but my gravities are a tad low for style is this now a useless entry or will it get moved to foreign extra stout

Northsidebrewers brewers is nothing official a bunch of about six friends and occasionally a few others who brew together and compare brews and recipes. We thought we should be a word of mouth brew club. I guess we do ok. Thanks for the interest.

Cold steep the coffee if you do it hot you will get too much tannins. For the amount I would say trial and error. But somebody might have prevoius experience on qty.

Thinking of entering a few beers, how does your tasting notes, trophies get to you do you have to be there? Or will they email notes. Or is it pickup from somewhere? Thanks
