I am an AG brewer normally, but am using kits while in Oz. I made a pretty decent, hoppy, pale using a 1.7kg Coopers Draught+1kg Brew Enhancer 2+150g of mystery crystal steeped for 30min+15g Simcoe 10min and 15g Cascade 0 min. Total volume was just 21.5 liters. The enhancer is 75% fermentable...
