I use ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to remove chlorine and chloramines from my tap water. By-product is ammonia which is a yeast nutrient. I am no water chemist and rely on https://sites.google.com/site/brunwater/ to set my brew water chemistry. Only need about 25mg of pure ascorbic acid for 34...
