Hey mate, was thinking of having a crack at this myself..I was wondering if you think all the water additions etc are of importance ..as I have never added these to any brew previously?
Anyway I'll let ya know how I go...
Can someone please explain to me what a SMaSH beer would be classified as in terms of...lager or ipa etc...
I'm new to brewing and I'm trying to figure out all that stuff..cheers....
