I just wanted to vent my spleen.
I have recently tried both the "Wal's Lager" and the "Rapid Creek Pilsner" from The country Brewer and have been bitterly disappointed with the resulting brews.
I think that The Country Brewer Franchise has become more preoccupied with maximising their profit...

I have become very interested in broadening my horizans and making the move from extract brewing to allgrain brewing.
I am looking for a good simple begginers book for all grain brewing to get me going.
Also what is the cheapest way to get started??
