Ss Post Mix Kegs With Cola In Them

Hi All.. [I have done some searches on the forum and haven't found an answer] I have been mixing cola/dry ginger ale with NOTHING in my kegs then gassing it. First I gassed at 10psi (3-4days in the fridge), when the mixer poured out from the tap it fizzed a bit then went flat quickly (taste...

Apparently the base would be suitable, but that was originally a concern I had too.

    Pinnacle Celli Clones ?

I haven't bought one yet, but I have had the bookmark saved in firefox for months. Recently I was at a brew session at the Grain & Grape and Sam showed us the exact same tap in a box from Keg King. It looked very impressive up close, but it wasn't hooked up to anything. For $50 bucks it seems great.

    Brewery Self-tour

A great Parma is a good way to judge a pub's worth (beyond the beer).. I'm sure Gordon "F**king Donkey" Ramsey would even judge a pub on it's Parma.. Great Parmas can be found at the Young & Jackson Pub (Flinders St, Melbourne), Mrs Palmers (Lt. Bourke St, Melbourne) and Portland Hotel (at...

    Brewery Self-tour

w0w.. i didn't realise i was surrounded by beer snobs.. regardless of Grand Ridges crime against humanity (or beer) they still have some great brews.. although i find their Supershine to be too much; the Gippsland Gold is perrrfect..

    Partial Scotch Ale

The Scotch Ale #2 recipe listed above is superb.. The head issue from the first recipe is resolved and the cloyingly sweet taste is gone.. This is a recipe I will keep making unless my all-grain brewing surpasses it..

    Brewery Self-tour

About a month ago the missus & I did a road-trip of some breweries close to Melbourne.. Holgate Brewery (Woodend), Grand Ridge Brewery (Mirboo North), Red Hill Brewery (Red Hill).. and it was a mix bag experience. First we drove to Holgate Brewery (Woodend) Woodend is a cute town, tempting to...
