I just installed a new thermometer (keg king) into by brew pot. When I filled the pot I couldn't stop the leak. I replaced the neoprene washers for rubber ones ($1.95 each at Clark rubber) and what do you know, problem fixed. Hope this helps a few people.

I've got the same shelving at home. I use it for the chutney business. It holds about 350kg each shelf so no reinforcing needed for the three fermenters even if they were 60l each!
