Hello Lads
I am searching for a clone recipe for Sheaf Stout, if someone would be so kind as to provide one. "All grain" is my preference and any assistance is much appreciated.
Cheers

I would leave out the Target and the East Kent, go with a longer boil (say 90 minutes) and I would use S-33 for my yeast. I think that it does a rather better job in a stout. I also like to use some biscuit malt in a stout as well. Well then that's my penny into the mix. Enjoy the brew-day...

Hello Lads:
Well it seems as though this yeast is now on the open market, at least in the UK:

Any progress in your neck of the woods?

I agree with the suggestion for blending the batch, or you might want to add some dried maltodextrin ( re-hydrated and boiled) to your keg.

Have we run into a brick wall on this one? I have been unable to locate this yeast in the States, I am hoping for better action from you all. Homebrewers in my neck of the woods are too consumed with brewing with liquid yeast.

Hello Mates:
Has anybody had any experience with this new yeast from Danstar? (Danstar Munich wheat beer yeast )

I would be interested to find out if this one is similar to the Safbrew WB-06
